Classes, Location & Facebook:
Classes are run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7 - 830 pm and Saturdays from 3-5 pm.
If you would like to watch a class or attend a trial class, please contact us on facebook to arrange a date.
If you would like to be considered for membership, a trial class and interview will be required.
